Attached are adjudications of the independent Complaints Committee of the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland on complaints in respect of 33 advertisements, 29 of which attracted complaints from consumers with the remaining four complaints being of an intra-industry nature. At their meeting, the Complaints Committee found 29 of the advertisements complained of to be in breach of the ASAI Code on various grounds relating to truthfulness, substantiation, taste and decency and sales promotions.  The advertisements complained of related to television, radio, internet, poster and brochures.
