1. Section 8 of the Code and the Guidance Note on HFSS food and non-alcoholic beverages marketing communications

Please see Section 8 Revision document and Guidance notes below. The revised Section 8 must be read in conjunction with the Guidance Note.  The Media specific restrictions are contained within the Guidance Note

 

2. Nutrient Profiling Model Technical Guidance and Nutrition Profile Certification form (for self-certification)

ASAI has adopted the same model as the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, which is the model used by OFCOM
in the UK.  The UK Department of Health’s Technical Guidance note is below as is the Nutrition Profile
Certification (which is the HFSS self-declaration certificate).
